Based in Patagonia, Argentina, Antarctica Travels is the fruit of Alicia Petiet’s hard work. In the early 2000s, she noticed that many discerning travelers arriving in Ushuaia, looking for last-minute departures to the Antarctic Continent, were not being adequately served. Making the best of her charm, constant caring, and problem-solving attitude, she became the first independent travel agent for last-minute Antarctic bookings. We just wanted to thank you all for your help in planning this amazing adventure and to let you know we had the best time of our life on the Antarctica Expedition Cruise. Our flight from Punta Arenas to King George Island was (thankfully) uneventful.The ship was quiet and very stable. The captain and his crew got us through the Drake safely with little discomfort. Overall everything was excellent, however, the expedition team was outstanding! The team was the star of the show, besides Antarctica itself.

It has been my dream to visit Antarctica and set a foot into the 7th continent with my parents for a very very long time. I thought it is something I would never manage because of both the time and money restrictions […] All other companies did not able to help me out and told me either I need to change the budget or my schedule. Antarctic Travels did not give up and went on a search for me I finally found the cruise that fit to my budget and time perfectly.
